Release 001 · shipped
avr_skilltree
Five disciplines, forty skills, twenty effects wired to real natives, and an in-game editor at base price. Qbox, QBCore, ESX and standalone. On sale now, in two editions.
-
Release 002 · in build
avr_burglary
House robbery with real progression: crew play, lockpicking, escalating targets, and loot worth the risk. Runs on its own. If avr_skilltree is installed it feeds XP into it and can gate tools and targets behind unlocked nodes.

Release 003 · planned
avr_heists
Multi-stage crew heists: preparation, roles that actually differ, and a payout split the server can tune. Same wiring into avr_skilltree, same standalone fallback.
A date you can trust is worth more than one you cannot.
One person writes these. A public date would be a guess, and a missed guess is worse than no guess at all. So releases are named and ordered, never scheduled. When 002 is close enough to demonstrate, it gets a page and a video, not a countdown.
Order can change. If enough buyers ask for something else first, it moves up and this page changes to say so.

Fixes ship when they are fixed
A bug in avr_skilltree does not wait for a release number. Patches go out as soon as they are written, and every one lands in the Discord changelog.
-
Updates are included, permanently
Both editions are one payment with lifetime updates. There is no version you have to buy again, and no upgrade fee between releases.
-
New products are new products
002 and 003 are separate resources with their own price. Buying avr_skilltree does not buy them, and not buying them takes nothing away from avr_skilltree.
Things that will not happen.
Most of what makes a FiveM store frustrating is not a missing feature. It is a policy change after the sale. These are the ones that are off the table, in writing.
-
Open is never re-encrypted
The Open edition ships with nothing escrowed and every future update stays that way. If a file is readable today, it is readable in every version you receive.
-
Nothing already shown becomes a paid add-on
The in-game editor, the admin panel, the nine locales and every one of the twenty effects are base price and stay base price. Competitors paywall the editor. This one does not.
-
No subscription, ever, on a resource sold once
One payment, one server, lifetime updates. If a subscription product is ever built it will be sold as its own thing, not retrofitted onto something you already own.
-
No abandoned product page
If a resource stops being maintained, that gets written here and on its own page, plainly, rather than being left to look alive. Nothing is quietly dropped.
Want something on this list?
Feature requests from people who own the resource carry the most weight, and the fastest way to move something up the order is to ask for it with a reason.
