Support

Who answers, and how fast.

One person wrote this resource and the same person answers the tickets. That is worth knowing before you buy, so here is the real reply window, what to send, and the plain version of the licence and refund terms.

Reply window

Hours, not a promise of magic.

Times below are the commitment, not the average. Most messages are answered well inside them. Working hours are Eastern Time, so a ticket opened in the European evening is usually waiting for you in the morning.

Channel Use it for Weekdays Weekends
Discord ticket Anything you own. Bugs, install, config, custom effects. within 24h within 48h
[email protected] The same, plus pre-sale questions, licence terms and framework bridges. within 24h within 48h
Tebex Payment problems, invoices, anything about the charge itself. Tebex handles it Tebex handles it

A server that is down because of something in this resource jumps the queue. Say so in the first message and it gets looked at before anything else in the list.

Before you open a ticket

Five lines that save a day.

Nearly every slow ticket is slow because the first reply had to be a question. Send these five things and the first reply can be an answer instead.

Client errors show up on F8. Server errors show up in the server console. Paste the text, not a photo of it.

  • Edition and version

Standard or Open, and the version from fxmanifest.lua. Half of all reports are already fixed in a newer build.

  • Framework and dependencies

Qbox, QBCore, ESX or standalone, plus your ox_lib and oxmysql versions.

  • The actual error

The full console output, copied as text. The line above the error usually matters more than the error.

  • What you changed

Which config files you edited, and whether the problem still happens on the shipped config. That one test answers most tickets on its own.

  • What you expected

What you did, what happened, what should have happened. Three sentences is plenty.

Scope

What support covers.

Support is included for life on both editions, with no ticket limit and no separate support product. It is worth being clear about where the line is, because vague support promises are how buyers get disappointed.

Licence and refunds

The short version, in plain words.

The full terms live in the docs and on the Tebex checkout. Nothing here contradicts them, it is just the readable version.

  • One payment, one server, updates for life

No subscription and no upgrade fee. Reselling, re-uploading or shipping either edition inside another paid resource is not permitted. Open means readable, not redistributable.

  • Delivery is immediate

Standard is granted to your Cfx.re keymaster, which is why checkout asks you to sign in with your Cfx account first. Open is a file download. Both land the moment payment clears.

  • Not refundable once delivered

Once Open has been downloaded, or Standard has been granted to your keymaster, the goods cannot be returned, so they are not refundable. That is the same position every source-available FiveM resource takes, and it is on the checkout page too.

  • What you get instead

Open a ticket first. If the resource does not do what this site says it does, it gets fixed, and it usually gets fixed the same day. Almost every "it's broken" turns out to be a missing dependency or a config typo. If you are unsure whether it fits your server, ask before you buy.

Still stuck

Ask, and it gets answered.

Pre-sale questions are welcome and cost you nothing. So is a bug report on something you already own. Both go to the same person.
